Self-injury can mirror substance addiction because it’s a form of self-medication that someone may crave and may have trouble stopping. People who cut often describe a specific type of high, relief, connectedness, or sense of calm.
marahil ang iba di naiintindihan yung iba naman ang tingin samin iba tulad ng nababaliw,nag aadik,psychopath at kung ano ano pa tawag,
Mahirap nga ba?(para samin) na ganung way ang coping mechanism namin? kung based sa akin pedeng Oo pede ding Hindi.
Oo kase di ko maiwasan na di gawin lalo pag sobrang bigat na,di ko maiwasan pag di na kaya ng iyak, di ko maiwasan whenever i feel bad.
Hindi kase may mga ilang buwan na di ko sinasaktan sarili ko, hindi kase may minsan na cocontroll pa, hindi din kase di naman na araw araw ginagawa pero kung ako ang tatanungin is it addictive? honestly para sakin YES, it is addictive why? doon kase ang takbo ko pag gusto ko maramdaman yung sakit emotionally, i wanted to feel it physically. I feel relieved when i see cuts/blood/bleeding.
